Wind is the planning issue. Freestanding panels on stands will blow over in a spring wind event unless they are weighted and braced, and adding privacy or dust screen raises the load. We set stands with sandbags or blocks, brace long runs and tell you plainly when a driven-post fence is the safer option. Gates are placed for trucks and for emergency access. During a backyard pool dig, temporary panels keep the open hole closed off while part of the block wall is down.
Rental is by the length and the time on site. We deliver, install, adjust as the site changes and remove at the end. Some jurisdictions set fencing and dust control conditions on construction permits, and work near a public sidewalk can need separate approval. Your general contractor or the permit usually spells it out, and we set up to match.

Will the panels stay up in high wind?
With proper weights and bracing they hold in normal wind. Screened panels need more of both. We check the forecast with you on long rentals.
