Storage cages and equipment enclosures keep things locked up without closing them in. We install them in warehouses, casino and hotel back-of-house areas, apartment garages, retail stockrooms, data and telecom rooms and on rooftops and equipment pads.
Indoors we use chain link or welded wire mesh partitions on steel framing, bolted to the slab, with swing or slide doors and whatever lock you specify. Tenant storage lockers for apartment and condominium garages are a frequent request. Outdoors we build enclosures around air conditioning units, pool equipment, generators, backflow preventers and gas meters. Copper theft from rooftop and pad-mounted units is a known local problem, and a locked steel cage with a top is the usual answer.
Outdoor enclosures need shade-proof finishes and clearance. Equipment makers and utilities require open space around units for airflow and service, and fire codes limit what can block access to valves and panels. We measure the equipment, ask about those clearances and build so a technician can still get in. Roof work is coordinated with your roofer so penetrations stay sealed.
Cages & enclosures in Las Vegas: common questions
Can you cage rooftop air conditioning units against theft?
Yes. We build lockable steel or mesh cages sized for service clearance and anchored without harming the roof where possible.
Do you build tenant storage lockers?
Yes. Rows of wire mesh lockers for garages and storage rooms are a standard product.
Can a cage be taken down and moved later?
Bolted mesh partition systems can be removed and reinstalled. Welded custom enclosures are less portable.
