Henderson is its own city, and that is the first thing to know about a fence there: the City of Las Vegas and Clark County rules do not apply. The city climbs from the valley floor near Boulder Highway up to benches below the McCullough Range, and the fence work changes on the way up. Older Green Valley tracts are flat, with builder block walls that are now forty years old in places. There we replace rusted side gates, reset leaning wall-top steel and add RV gates.
